Hi friends! I am Lauran!! I am an east coast natural light photographer, and you can normally find me with a my camera in tow. I am married to my very best friend, Duke, and we have a pudelpointer named Goose! Along with being a photographer, I am also currently working in my elementary education teaching degree. 

Duke is a Lt in the Air Force, so our way of life is a little wonky at times. Right now we are living in Delaware, but soon we will be headed to our next assignment. Although hard at times, this lifestyle is pretty fun!

Despite loving to travel, our hearts will forever belong in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We have a family farm in the Valley, and we dream of the day when we can be there full time. I already have plans of getting a highland cow. If you know me IRL, you know my horned animal obsession is real. Haha. 

During our free time, you can find us outdoors, or doing some kind of home project! Writing is a creative outlet for me, so this blog is a great way for me to process and share! Thanks for following along on this journey!!
